Sai Dharam Tej-starrer Republic is one of the most awaited Tollywood films of this season.
Makers of the movie had recently announced that the film will be released on October 1 for Gandhi Jayanthi weekend. However, there were doubts over the movie’s release after Sai Dharam Tej met with a mishap.
Clearing the air now, the movie’s team has confirmed that Republic will sure hit the screens on October 1.
Aishwarya Rajesh is playing a character called Myra Hanson in Dev Katta’s Republic.
The film is produced by J Bhagawan and J Pullarao on JB Entertainments banner in association with Zee Studios. Music is by Mani Sharma.
Being claimed as an intriguing social drama, that primarily focuses on the three pillars of democracy — legislative, executive and judiciary, Republic has Jagapathi Babu and Ramya Krishna in important roles.
