Senior director Krishna Vamsi is planning to make a grand comeback with his upcoming film Ranga Marthanda. This long-delayed project went on the floors more than two years ago but is yet to hit the screens.
Keeping aside the COVID-19 pandemic and the two lockdowns, we hear that the film also suffered from a financial crunch.
Thus, there is no buzz about this movie for the last few days. Recently, a user on Twitter asked Krishna Vamsi about the progress of Ranga Marthanda. The director recently stated that he is planning to release it in December.
Going by his words, the promotions may begin next month. Ranga Marthanda features Prakash Raaj and Ramya Krishna in the lead roles.
Brahmanandam, Ali Reza, Rahul Sipligunj, Shivatmika Rajasekhar and Anasuya played the other important roles in the movie. Maestro Ilaiyaraja is composing the music of it.
Ranga Marthanda is an official remake of the Marathi film Natsamrat, starring Nana Patekar in the lead role.
