Nani has faced backed to back disappointments in the form of V and Tuck Jagadish which had an OTT release. That is the reason, he wants to make sure that his next film Shyam Singha Roy becomes a good hit.
The news is that he has cleared to his producers that the film will at any cost have only a big-screen release.
The film’s post-theatrical OTT rights have been bagged by Netflix today for a handsome price and Nani made it clear to his makers that they need not get tempted with the fancy offers they are receiving for the direct OTT release.
Shyam Singha Roy has a period backdrop and also stars Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty in lead roles. The film is done with its shoot and Nani is already at Ante Sundaraniki shooting.
