#MAAElections: Bandla files nomination, makes big promise!

This morning the nominations for Movie Artists Associations (MAA) elections have opened. Actor Prakash Raj and his panel members have filed their nomination and later comedian cum producer Bandla Ganesh who is contesting as an independent for the General Secretary role, filed his nomination too.

After nomination, Bandla made a big promise if he is elected as General Secretary. “There is absolutely no need to go to the US or Canada or Australia for funds. We have demi-gods in the form of heroes and if they can give at least 30 minutes of their valuable time, we can host a big fundraiser in Hyderabad. With that money we construct 100 double bed rooms for poor junior artists,” said Bandla.

Appealing to the MAA members to vote for him, Bandla added that if he wins he will torture the rest of the 25 elected MAA panel to work in accordance with the promises made during the elections. “I know how many members support I have. I’m cruising like a rocket and no one can stop my victory,” said Bandla.

On a permanent office space for MAA, Bandla opined that it is not possible to construct a palace like complex in Jubilee Hills because of high cost. Rather than in Jubilee Hills, we can construct an MAA office at Kokapeta where land prices are low comparatively.

Mocking other contestants Bandla added that a majority of the members who are contesting now, have contested earlier. “A few contestants worked in MAA in the past. But they did not live up to the expectations with their work. When they could not do anything in the past, I wonder what they will do now?” stated Bandla.

Concluding, Bandla Ganesh urged all MAA members to vote for him despite any pressure from his opponents.
