Trailer: Jyothika’s 50th film ‘Raktha Sambandham’

Amazon Prime Video dropped the trailer of the much-awaited 50th film of Jyothika, titled ‘Udanpirappe’. The film is also having a simultaneous release in Telugu on the streaming service. Titled Raktha Sambandham, the movie also features Samuthirakhani and Sasikumar in pivotal roles.

Set in the rural backdrop, the film’s trailer gives us glimpses of Jyothika’s life. The major conflict exists between her husband (played by Samuthirakhani) and her brother (played by Sasikumar). While her husband believes that justice will be served by law, her brother believes that justice will be served by any means, and it could involve violence. Over the years, the differences grow between them and the film’s story follows Jyothika’s journey to keep the family united.

The trailer gives us a feeling that the makers are serving an old-age story with some action sequences and intense family emotions. Since it is Jyothika’s landmark film, it carries a lot of expectations.

Written & Directed by Era. Saravanan, the film has Imman’s music. Jyotika and Suriya are producing the film.

Raktha Sambandham will be premiered on October 14th on the Amazon Prime Video. There is an old Telugu film with the same title, starring Sr NTR.
