Puri Jagannadh’s last film iSmart Shankar pre-release event was celebrated in Warangal and it became a sensational hit. His son Akash Puri’s latest flick Romantic pre-release event too took place in the town in presence of special guests like Vijay Deverakonda, Minister E Dayakar Rao etc. The turn out for the function was huge and this further increased interest on the film.
Director Anil Paduri thanked his producers Puri and Charmme for giving him the first directorial opportunity and he stated Romantic will be one of the finest love stories.
Ketika said Romantic is a very special film for her, as she got to work with Puri whom she admires the most. She called Akash as the nicest co-star. She then thanked Vijay Deverakonda for gracing the occasion.
Akash Puri said, “I thank Vijay garu for coming to the event. I’m a big fan of your work. I’ve seen few visuals in Liger. My dad might have written, but you owned it and delivered wonderful performance. I, Ketika and Anil need this film, but this film needed Ramya Krishna. I hope Ketika will become a successful actress.
I’m waiting for this opportunity to talk about my dad. He started a long journey with me, mom, and his friends, on a bus he bought. But because of a wrong person, our journey was stopped. My dad got down and started pushing the bus. Many said Puri’s time is over. He gave a blockbuster with iSmart Shankar which gave has a high. I feel my success is the real success for me. I will definitely work hard to make my dad feel proud about me.”
Charmme said, “iSmart Shankar pre-release event was held here. It was a big hit. I wish, Romantic too becomes a big hit. We thank Liger Vijay Deverakonda for coming to the event. Puri’s dialogues will be a big asset for the film.”
Puri Jagannadh said, “Anil directed for the first time and he has done a wonderful job. I watched the movie for 4 to 5 times. I enjoyed thoroughly. I liked second half of the movie. Climax is my favorite part. It’s a trendy and a very intense love story.
I can tell one thing about my son as a director that, he’s a good actor. Ketika who came from Delhi is a also good actor. Charmme is my biggest strength. She looked after all the works. I should thank Darling Prabhas for launching trailer. I’m making Liger with Vijay Deverakonda. I was shocked to see his transformation and acting. You will definitely like it. I’m also waiting eagerly for Liger.”
Vijay Deverakonda said, “As everyone promised, we will come here for Liger’s function. That’s the only way we can thank people of Warangal. It feels like coming to Liger sets, as the team of Romantic is working for our movie as well. They are very close to me. Anil is taking care of CG work of Liger.
We request Ketika to sing, whenever we meet. I hope, she’ll have a bright future. Akash, I love your dad a lot. I loved your speech. You have a fire. I hope you will prove yourselves. I came to know that Akash loves every film, he watches. I heard great feedback for Romantic. Many in my circle watched and loved it.
I didn’t want to talk about Puri and Charmme. Only teaser and trailer will talk about Liger. Destiny made us all three to work together for Liger. We have fixed one thing that we will shake the entire country. Aag Lagadenge in 2022.”
