Ram Still In iSmart Hangover?

Hero Ram has been maintaining a hit-flop pattern with all his movies since the beginning of his career. He delivered a huge blockbuster with his previous film, Puri Jagannadh’s iSmart Shankar. Even though Ram has not announced his next project after Red, he has been in talks with a few directors during the lockdown.

And if the latest buzz in the T-town circles is to be believed, Ram still seems to be stuck in iSmart Shankar hangover. Apparently, Ram has turned down director Maruthi’s family entertainer script since he is looking for an out-and-out mass entertainer script like iSmart Shankar.

There’s more to the story. Recently, director Bobby also narrated a story to Ram. But in a pleasant surprise, Bobby got an opportunity to direct Chiranjeevi and he obviously couldn’t say no to the offer. This has left Ram back on his hunt for the perfect commercial potboiler.
