Trailer Talk: Bunty Aur Babli Are Back With A Bang!

Published by

The 2005 Bunty Aur Babli has sentiments attached to many cine-goers. It is a flawless movie and has one of the best films in Rani Mukherji and Abhishek Bachchan’s careers. The sequel for the film will soon be released and the makers have treated the fans with the official trailer today.

The Bunty Aur Babli 2 trailer is now out and Abhishek has been replaced by Saif Ali Khan. Rani Mukerji is seen reprising her Babli avatar after 17 years and she looks as chirpy and entertaining as always. The trailer shows that the duo had quit conning but their imposters Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh are the new Bunty and Babli, doing crimes with their tech-savvy brains.

Rani Mukerji is known as the ‘fashion queen of Fursatgunj’ and Bunty is seen adding extra kilos after giving up his profession as a conman. Bunty now works as a railway ticket collector. However, the trailer shows how the couple lose their calm when their imposters use their ‘brand’ name to con people. And the fight begins to bring the new couple down.

The trailer shows all four of the actors in multiple disguises as they go all out to con people in their own styles. The prosthetics and makeup look top-notch and views would be entertained with some amazing get-ups. Rani is an extremely talented actress and Saif has great comedy timing. And hopefully, the film turns out to be as good as the first part. Certainly, a battle to watch for!

Bunty Aur Babli 2 is set to release worldwide on November 19. The film has been directed by Varun V Sharma, who worked as an Assistant Director in Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai.
