Varudu Kaavalenu, Romantic’s Huge Openings At BO

It rarely happens that, films make good to strong business, despite getting mixed reviews from critics. Akash Puri’s youthful entertainer Romantic minted huge revenues on day one at box office, though the film directed by Anil Paduri received below par ratings. Houseful boards are seen in single screens and B and C centres.

On the other hand, Naga Shaurya’s Varudu Kaavalenu has been getting appreciation from critics and audience alike. The film mostly got positive feedback and it is branded as perfect family entertainer. In fact, families are choosing to watch this movie and it has done wonderful business in multiplexes and urban centres.

Since they belong to different genres, both the movies are running with packed houses in many centres. Apparently, aggressive promotions from the two teams and also the promotional stuff favoured the movies to bring audience to theatres.

Of course, both Varudu Kaavalenu and Romantic will continue to collect big numbers today and tomorrow as well.
