Raj Kundra And Shilpa Shetty Sued On A Cheating Case

One more major trouble hits the fate of actress Shilpa Shetty and her businessman husband Raj Kundra. The couple has been reportedly accused in a Rs 1.51 crore cheating case and an FIR has also been registered against them and fraud Fashion TV MD Kashiff Khan for cheating and breach of contract by Pune youth Yash Barai at Mumbai Police Bandra Police Station.

The FIR has been lodged under several sections and it is about the incident that allegedly took place in July 2014. The complainant said that Kashiff Khan, along with Mr and Mrs Kundra allegedly asked him to invest money in the fitness scheme and promised subsequent profits. But nothing such happened and when he questioned the same he said he was threatened.

However, Shilpa and Raj stayed tight-lipped on this matter and yet to speak on the case. As we recall, Shilpa Shetty and her mother Sunanda Shetty’s names emerged in an alleged case of fraud in Uttar Pradesh a couple of months ago. Lucknow cops also questioned them in the fraud case in the name of a wellness centre.

Raj Kundra has been out on bail after remaining in jail for two months. A few days ago, he was spotted along with Shilpa Shetty in Himachal Pradesh as the couple headed for a spiritual trip.
