Giving bomb threats to the actors has become a norm in the Tamil film industry these days. Recently, there was a hoax bomb thereat for star hero Ajith.
Now, another star Thalapathy Vijay has become the latest victim of the bomb threat.
Master Control Room at the Tamil Nadu State Police Headquarters got a call from an unidentified person in the wee hours of Monday, saying that he placed a bomb in actor Vijay’s house in Chennai.
Immediately, a bomb squad and a dog team went to Vijay’s house, located in Neelankarai and found that the bomb threat was a hoax.
The police have started an investigation based on the complaint given by the actor’s manager. They traced the culprit’s mobile and identified him as Bhuvaneshwaran, based in Marakkanam.
The cops have arrested Bhuvaneshwaran. They stated that he is mentally unstable and had earlier posed such hoax bomb threats to other actors like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Ajith and Chief Minister MK Stalin.
