RRR: Alia Bhatt’s Impressive South Indian Fashion

Alia Bhatt has carved her own niche in the film industry. With several versatile roles and remarkable performances, the actress stood as one of the top heroines in Indian cinema. Alia is now making her South debut with Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR and for the promotions, she donned beautiful South Indian ethnic wear.

A Silk Saree For Chennai: Alia Bhatt landed in Chennai first and then in Hyderabad for the promotions today. She opted for a pure sea-green kanjeevaram silk saree for the media interaction in Chennai. Silk Sarees are an integral part of South Indian culture and Alia has hit the right chords. She accessorized her look with dazzling golden jhumkas. Alia also tied her hair in a bun and added a touch of southern fashion with flowers around her bun.

Salwaar Kameez For ‘City Of Sultans‘: Similarly, for the Hyderabad promotions, the actress wore a green bandhani salwar kameez dress teamed with a heavily embellished bottom and pink dupatta. She accessorised her look with a heavy pair of earrings. Clad in a Deccani style, it is vital to mention that retailing an exquisite array of churidars with a touch of contemporary, is famous in Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, the much-awaited film RRR also stars Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, and Alison Doody in supporting roles. Apart from RRR, Alia Bhatt has an interesting line-up of projects. She will soon start working with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra in Farhan Akhtar’s next Jee Le Zaraa. Alia will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji directorial Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor.
