Sara Ali Khan, who inspired many people with her excellent weight loss journey, is now leaving no stone unturned to motivate others with her hard work. Her gym devotion has been redefined today with her next-level fitness goals.
The actress dropped some major fitness inspiration as she got her monthly period yet hits the gym like a pro. She shared a video and gave her fans an insight into what her workout session looked like. Sara also captioned it with a poem.
She is heard saying “I woke up and I wasn’t gonna come to the gym because I was feeling tired, lazy, not very motivated, also bloated, because I just got my period”. She further said that she had to push herself and come to the gym. “I came to do workouts so that I can feel better about myself – mentally, physically, hormonally, and in every way. I am proud.”
The video further shows Sara acing several exercises, including HIIT, burpees, pilates. Towards the end, Sara says ‘1 hour is nothing!’ after she realizes that she has been working out for sixty minutes.
