Shyam Singha Roy Trailer: Nani’s Double Treat!

Natural Star Nani’s most awaited flick Shyam Singha Roy stunned one and all with its gripping teaser. Now, it’s time for theatrical trailer. It’s little over 3 minutes long video that actually unclears few doubts raised by the teaser.

The trailer begins showcasing trendy lifestyle of Nani as Vasu who resigned his software job to become a filmmaker. He signs Krithi Shetty as a female lead in his film. Krithi, on the other hand, is very modern, as she even smokes cigarettes. However, we can’t see seriousness in the work of Vasu who irritates even his friends with his unusual acts. There is an intimate sequence between Nani and Krithi.

Vasu gets injured in a fight and people around him finds lots change in his character. Then comes, Shyam Singha Roy and this story dates back to 60’s in Kolkata. Shyam is a writer who goes to temple to take darshan of love of his life Sai Pallavi, despite knowing the fact that she is a devadasi.

Fighting against the system is a biggest task for Shyam and these episodes assure, we are going to witness an epic love story. On the other hand, Nani’s romantic tale with Krithi Shetty is youthful.

Director Rahul Sankrityan made sure the film will appeal to all the sections. His writing as well as direction are admirable. He has got best support from all the technicians as well. While the sets take us back to the era in Kolkata, cinematography is top-notch, background score sets different moods accordingly and production values of Niharika Entertainment are high in standard.

Coming to performances, Nani is brilliant in the role of Shyam Singha Roy, while he’s humorous as a filmmaker, Sai Pallavi lived in her character and Krithi Shetty played her part efficiently.

The expectations reached sky high with this trailer. Get ready to witness Nani’s double treat in theatres from 24th of this month.
