Inside Talk: Nag Wants To See First Copy And Decide

Ever since the Producers Guild has announced other day that Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak has moved out of the Sankrathi race to facilitate the smooth release of RRR and Radhe Shyam, all eyes are on another announcement. And that is regarding Nagarjuna’s upcoming film “Bangarraju” which is being promoted as a Sankranthi release for some time.

Despite the fact that Dil Raju gave a lot of clarity about decluttering the Sankranthi releases, there is no word from him about the release of Nagarjuna’s new movie which also features Naga Chaitanya as another lead. While the released song promos of the film are promising a Sankranthi bonanza, till now Annapurna Studios hasn’t confirmed a solid release date of the film. Though acquiring theatres will not be a tough task for Nagarjuna with he himself having many in hand, one wonders if he would leave the box office to RRR and Radhe Shyam or he will go ahead with the release.

Some insiders have revealed that the first copy of the Kalyan Krishna directorial, Bangarraju, isn’t ready yet. Once the first copy gets ready, Nagarjuna will watch it to decide whether they should go ahead with the release or not. With Nagarjuna’s last two outings like Manmadhudu 2 and Wildog being the biggest disasters of his career, the senior hero is not in a mood to take a call unless he sees the final copy.
