Last Minute Reshoots For Bangarraju

Nagarjuna’s Bangarraju is likely to be in the Sankranthi race. Though the makers have not yet announced its release date, speculations are rife that the film is very much in the Pongal fight.

However, inside buzz is that the makers have opted for the reshoot. Some action episodes are being reshot. Nagarjuna wanted to reshoot some portions and hence the makers are doing it.

It is buzzed that 3 days have been allotted for this reshoot. Meanwhile, the post-production works are going on simultaneously at blitzkrieg speed.

Since Soggade turned out to be a Sankranthi winner, Nag and Kalyan Krishna are confident that Bangarraju would repeat the magic at BO for the festival. However, the situation is different today. In AP, the ticket prices issue isn’t resolved yet. Distributors and Exhibitors are in a fix. At the moment, only Nizam looks favourable for Sankranthi films.

Also, several other small and medium-ticket films are going to slug it out at cinemas. Besides that, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s Radhe Shyam is still in the fight. All these are going to pose a challenge for Bangarraju.
