King Nagarjuna and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya are coming up with Sankranthi treat with their new film Bangarraju.
Directed by Kalyana Krishna, this is a sequel to the 2016 super hit movie Soggade Chinni Nayana.
In one of his recent interviews, Kalyana Krishna was asked whether there are any chances of making a sequel to Bangarraju with Akhil Akkineni playing the lead role.
Responding to it, the director said ‘no’. He said, “It is quite tough to make a sequel to Bangarraju as of now. First, I have to write a story and get satisfied with it. Then, I have to impress Akhil with it.”
“I can work on it if an exciting idea comes into my mind. But as of now, nothing as such happened,” he further added.
Bangarraju is all set to hit the screens on January 14. It features Krithi Shetty and Ramya Krishna as the female leads. Anup Rubens has composed the music of this movie.
