Allu Arjun has been everywhere in media for the last few months. He has been hogging the limelight with the success of his recent outing Pushpa: The Rise. Before the release of Pushpa, Allu Arjun made it to the headlines by attending the pre-release events of other films.
If we look closely, the actor has been in the limelight not only for the last few months but for a long time now. It all started with the release of Ala…Vaikunthapurramuloo. Today marks the two years release anniversary of this Trivikram-directorial project.
Ala…Vaikunthapurramuloo was a huge blockbuster at the box office. Even before its release, it made a huge buzz with a super hit audio album.
After the release, it started breaking records at the box office. The mania of that film continued during the last Sankranthi as well because there were no notable big releases during the festive season of 2021.
Even in 2022, there are no biggies lined up for the Sankranthi release. People are still talking about Pushpa. The film is continuing its rampage at the box office even after its digital premiere. The Hindi version of the movie is nearing the 100-crore mark.
Thus, there will be Allu Arjun’s mania during this festive weekend as well. In a way, he emerged as the only Telugu hero who didn’t fail to steal the limelight for the last two years. It has to be seen if he manages to grab the attention during the next Sankranthi as well, with the release of Pushpa: The Rule.
