MM Keeravani to replace AR Rahman

Gentleman is a super hit Tamil film that earned stardom to Action King Arjun in South Cinema. Shankar directed the film and the movie was released in Telugu with the same title. Now, a sequel is being planned by the producer of the first part without Shankar and Arjun. The producer announced that MM Keeravani will score the music for this prestigious pan-India film.

Kunjumon, the producer of Gentleman has been tempting the fans about the announcement of the music director and he finally revealed today that MM Keeravani will be a part of the film. Keeravani is popularly known as Maragathamani in Kollywood.

The film’s producer is yet to finalize the director for the project. Initially, the producer wanted someone like Allu Arjun to play the lead role but now, he is in talks with a popular actor who has pan-India appeal.

Gentleman marked Shankar’s debut as a director in Tamil Cinema. AR Rahman composed the music for the film and Keeravani will be replacing him for the sequel.
