During the release of his debut film RX100, director Ajay Bhupathi made some tall claims like those who want to watch routine movies should not come to theatres to watch his film.
Payal Rajput’s glamour and the main plot twist have worked big in his favor and that made him a sought-after director. But then, things changed when his second film flopped without any clue.
Making the worst of routine movies, Ajay came up with Mahasamudram that offered not even a single new scene or any kick to the audience. Many wondered what happened to this RX100 director who claimed big stuff back then but bombed like a gas balloon now. With many heroes not ready to work with Ajay now after looking at his second film, it looked like the director’s future is a little tough.
However, the news is now coming out that finally Ajay managed to bag a movie offer but not with any leading hero but for the leading OTT platform Hotstar. He’s said to have got the script approved and budgets released, and very soon the casting process will begin.
Fans of RX100 movie are hoping that this film should make a name for itself such that Ajay will cement his position as a dependable filmmaker in Tollywood.
