In Talk: Chiranjeevi’s Jana Jagruthi Party

Megastar Chiranjeevi made a grand entry into politics back then by creating Praja Rajyam Party but in no time that was merged into Congress and later the matinee idol has to end his political career for reasons obvious. And these days, he is not even willing to make a political comment on anything. Here is an interesting snippet.

Apparently, his next film “Godfather” happens to be a politically charged movie with him playing the role of a kingmaker who jumps into a situation to set the politics of a state right. The film is a remake of the Malayalam movie Lucifer which has Mohan Lal playing the role now being played by Chiranjeevi. And then, the party which Chiranjeevi and others work for in the movie is named as “Jana Jagruthi Party” which has now caught the attention of all.

Back then, in some movies of Superstar Krishna, as one should not use the names of existing political parties, he used to use the name ‘Praja Rajyam Party’ a lot. Now that Praja Rajyam Party is also there, one could not use it. But the main thing is, ‘Jana Jagruthi’ is something that is sounding very close to Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Jana Sena’ and they say that Chiru might be showering love on his brother’s outfit in that way.

With the name Jana Jagruthi in resonance with the name Jana Sena, even Pawan Kalyan fans are feeling quite happy.
