Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar (1929-2022) lives forever in the heart of every Indian as long as the music exists though she left this world couple of days ago. Ever since her demise, many happening celebs and media houses are sharing their best memories about the popular Di the country has.
One of them is nothing but the cover page of the Vogue 1956 edition where a young Lata Mangeshkar has radiated with her vibrant presence. Though she’s known around the world for her singing capabilties, in that picture, she’s actually seen holding a paintbrush along with a color palette in front of a canvas.
Apart from her singing career, Lata Mangeshkar acted in a few films as a child artist and later composed songs for some movies, while she also produced 4-5 films back in the 50s. With multi-talents and versatility in her voice and thought process, she went to create legendary and was awarded Bharat Ratna too.
