Here Are The Films That Are Hitting OTT This Week

This Friday is going to be a feast for Indian film buffs. An array of movies are gearing up for release in both theatrical and OTT arenas. Keeping aside the theatrical releases, we bring you the list of OTT projects that are going to premiere this week. So have a look and update your watchlist soon.

Mahaan:

This Karthik Subbaraj directorial project is all set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on February 10. Starring Vikram and his son Dhruv in the lead roles, Mahaan skipped theatrical release and opted for a direct digital premiere. The trailer got a good response and we have to see how the movie turns out to be. It will be streamed in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

Malli Modalaindi:

Sumanth is in search of a good hit after Malli Raava. In the process, he made Malli Modaliandi. Initially, it was slated for a theatrical release. But finally, the makers decided to premiere it on Zee5. The film features Naina Ganguly and Varshini as the female leads. It will start streaming from February 11.

Hero:

Starring Ashok Galla and Nidhhi Agerwal in the lead roles, Hero had a theatrical release during Sankranthi. It turned out to be a disappointing venture at the box office. However, people who want to watch it can catch the film on Disney+ Hotstar from February 11.

Bhamakalapam:

Touted to be a comedy-drama, this Aha original features Priyamani in the lead role. The trailer already generated a huge buzz. Bharat Kamma of Dear Comrade fame worked as the show-runner for this project. It premieres this Friday on Aha.

Gehraiyaan:

This Amazon Original film created a huge buzz in the industry with its trailer. The film deals with extra-marital affairs. Deepika Padukone, Siddhanth Chaturvedi, Dhairya Karwa and Ananya Panday played the lead roles in it. Gehraiyaan premieres on February 11.
