The infamous match-fixing scandal in IPL 2013 destroyed Sreesanth’s career. Thereafter, he tried his luck in the film and television industries. On the film front, Sreesanth acted in a few Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada films.
Now, he is all set to enter the Tamil film industry. Sreesanth plays a pivotal role in Vijay Sethupathi’s upcoming film Kathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal.
Directed by Vignesh Shivan, this film features Nayanthara and Samantha in the other lead roles.
Recently, the first look poster of Sreesanth from the film got unveiled, on the occasion of his birthday. He plays the role called Mohammed Mobi in the movie. Sreesanth looks dapper in a black suit and aviators. The details of his character are currently kept under wraps.
We have to see what kind of character he played in the film. The teaser of Kathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal will be unveiled on February 11. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music of it.
