Superstar Mahesh Babu’s brother-in-law Sudheer Babu is known for his work in movies like Prema Katha Chritram, Bhale Manchi Roju, Sammohanam, V, and Sridevi Soda Center. He made his Bollywood debut as a villain in the 2016 film Baaghi.
Though he received a good response for his performance in that movie, Sudheer was never seen again in a Bollywood flick. He has now revealed that he got a chance to act in the upcoming biggie Brahmastra but he had rejected it.
Speaking in a recent interview, Sudheer said that the makers of Brahmastra offered him the antagonist role in the movie. But he rejected it because he got another offer at the same time in the form of Sammohanam. He chose the latter over Karan Johar’s ambitious project.
As felt that he did a villain role in the past and didn’t do a breezy rom-com like Sammohanam, he chose that movie.
Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles, Brahmastra is being directed by Ayan Mukherjee. Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy are playing the other pivotal roles in it.
The part one of Brahmastra is all set to hit the screens on September 9, 2022.
