Ajith, one of the top stars of Kollywood, is stepping into Tollywood with Valimai. For this film directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor, he has joined forces with Kartikeya Gummakonda.
Trailer of the cop story was released today by superstar Mahesh Babu. The trailer indicates that the film is going to be a cat and mouse game between the protagonist and the antagonist, played by Ajith and Kartikeya, respectively.
The trailer promises an all-out action treat on international standards. The film has been produced on a lavish budget on Bayview Projects and Zee Studios banner. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Nirav Shah and editing by Vijay Velukutty.
According to sources, major portions of the film were shot across Chennai and Hyderabad, in addition to a few sequences in Russia. This is the second collaboration between Ajith, Vinoth and Boney Kapoor after their 2019 hit Nerkonda Paarvai.
