B-Town Makers Prefer DSP After Pushpa’s Craze

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is all set to start his next with Sajid Nadiadwala and Nitesh Tiwari from March 15. The makers have planned to shoot the film within three months at various locations. While cast and crew members are being finalized, South rockstar Devi Sri Prasad has already come on board as the music director of the film.

After Pushpa’s humongous craze in the North, the duo Nitesh Tiwari and Sajid Nadiadwala are hoping to recreate the unprecedented magic on the music front with DSP’s songs. The music director will be composing the entire album of the film, unlike the latest trend of incorporating several music composers for one film in Bollywood.

Though DSP gave some hits in Hindi with six movies earlier, this is the first film after the spectacular musical hit of Pushpa. DSP has recently composed two songs for the upcoming film Cirkus, starring Ranveer Singh and Pooja Hegde. In Telugu, the rockstar is busy with Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu and Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga.

Meanwhile, talking about Dhawan film, the female lead of the film is yet to be finalized and producers are considering Janhvi Kapoor for now. This is going to be a musical chartbuster, said the sources.
