Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s DJ Tillu has taken an excellent opening from Anakapalli to America. At the US Box Office, the movie has collected a whopping USD 200K+ from Premieres and Day-1.
This is the biggest Premiere+Day 1 total for any film in 2022 and for that, it is a significant number for any small film. In fact, small films barely make an impact at US Box Office. So, this is a rare feat.
The impressive promotional content and aggressive promotions by Sithara Entertainments worked big time for the film. The talk and reviews are also super positive and the movie is expected to have a dream run for here. The numbers at the domestic Box office are also equally very impressive.
It is learnt that DJ Tillu has raked in a theatrical share of Rs 1.63 Crore in Nizam. The Andhra & Ceded figures are yet to come in. We hear that the film has got a good talk all over.
