After the success of Pushpa, many Telugu films are now preferring to have a Hindi dubbed version and are trying to get them a theatrical release as well. Last week, Ravi Teja’s Khiladi had a simultaneous release in Hindi along with the Telugu version.
Now, Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak is also following the same route. The makers have confirmed that the movie will have a simultaneous release in Hindi as well. Rana Daggubati plays the other lead role in it.
The producers are using Rana Daggubati’s face to promote Bheemla Nayak in Hindi. Rana is a popular celebrity in North India and got a good following with his blockbuster outing Baahubali.
Meanwhile, it is already known that Bheemla Nayak is an official remake of the Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Popular Bollywood actor John Abraham bought the Hindi remake rights of this movie.
If Bheemla Nayak releases in Hindi, it may affect John’s film because both are remakes of the same Malayalam movie. So, it has to be seen if John tries to stop Bheemla’s release in Hindi.
Earlier, plans were made to release Ala…Vaikunthapurramuloo’s Hindi dubbed version in theatres across North India. But as the film is already being remade in Hindi, the makers of the remake persuaded the dubbed version’s producers to withdraw the theatrical release.
It has to be seen if something similar happens in the case of Bheemla Nayak as well. The film is all set to hit the screens on February 25. Saagar K Chandra has directed the project while Trivikram penned the screenplay and dialogues of it.
