After a long time, theatres are getting back their lost glory. Three big films from three different languages are going to clash at the box office this week.
They are Ajith’s Valimai, Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak and Alia Bhatt’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. While Valimai is releasing on Thursday, the other two films are hitting the screens on Friday.
Meanwhile, both Valimai and Gangubai’s respective Telugu dubbed versions getting released in the Telugu states. Both Ajith and Alia are eying to expand their market in Tollywood.
However, their films are struggling to get screens because of Bheemla Nayak. As it is a Pawan Kalyan’s film, Bheemla Nayak is getting the most number of screens across the Telugu states. The makers are planning for a wide release in both AP and Telangana.
As a result, Valimai and Gangubai are not getting a good number of theatres down here. So, the trade analysts are expecting the films’ respective Telugu versions to open poorly at the box office.
In the end, their fate and further theatrical run depend on the word of mouth among audiences.
