Budgets Doubled For Jana Gana Mana

Ace director Puri Jagan has already locked the final edit of “Liger” and is said to be going ahead for his next project “Jana Gana Mana” which also features Vijay Devarakonda in the lead. And here is an interesting snippet coming from Mumbai sources about this film.

Apparently, Jagan wanted to make Jana Gana Mana with Mahesh in the lead, but then the budgets the films of Telugu superstars used to have at that time are not enough to create the right applause for the movie.

Now that Telugu film’s range, Vijay Devarkonda’s stardom and Puri Jagan’s impressive work that bowled out Karan Johar have happened, they are said to be allocating a massive budget for the film.

While Puri Jagan is getting ready to shoot this film from April 2022, they say that huge visual effects is being planned for the film which happens to be a first of sorts for the director. For the same reason, budgets are increased for the movie such that Jagan will be carving out what his vision is like rather compromising and doing it like a small budgeted movie.
