AP’s New GO: Charan & Bunny Are The First Beneficiaries?

Recently, the government of Andhra Pradesh announced that the 20% shoot of the films that were made with a budget of more than Rs.100 crores need to be shot in Andhra Pradesh in order to get a hike in the ticket prices.

The government gave an exemption for Radhe Shyam and RRR even though they were not filmed in AP. However, it was stated that the rule will be implemented for all the other high-budget films in the coming days.

This rule turned out in favor of Allu Arjun and Ram Charan’s respective upcoming films Pushpa: The Rule and RC 15.

Both these films are being extensively shot in Andhra Pradesh. While Pushpa’s part one was mostly shot in Andhra Pradesh, the makers are going to do the same for the sequel as well.

On the other side, RC 15 has recently completed a prolonged schedule in Rajahmundry. Directed by Shankar, this movie features Kiara Advani as the female lead. Even this film may pass that rule as most of the shooting is going to be done in AP.

In this way, both Pushpa 2 and RC 15 are going to escape from Jagan’s new rule.
