About ten days back director Nag Ashwin’s ‘Project K’ starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone in the lead cast, had written to Anand Mahindra for Mahindra auto engineers help to design vehicles for the film. The Mahindra Group chairman extended full support to Nag Ashwin.
As a result, Nag Ashwin ended up at the Mahindra Research Valley in Tamil Nadu and he added that his journey has just begun. “What a beautiful campus, where nature meets cutting edge tech…a fruitful start to our journey with @Velu_Mahindra and team..thank you so much @anandmahindra sir. This promises to be v exciting,” tweeted Nag Ashwin.
‘Project K’ is a science fiction drama and director Nag Ashwin is leaving no stone unturned to make this a visual extravaganza. Going by his research, Nag Ashwin is envisioning something really out of the box and his background work for vehicles that will be used in this film, suggests that attention to detail he is putting in everything.
Even Anand Mahindra is excited about Nag Ashwin’s visit and in reply to the director’s visit the former wrote, “Well @nagashwin7 I have to admit you have got me as excited now about this blockbuster sci fi film you’re creating. I have a hunch you’re going to beat Hollywood hollow.”
‘Project K’ is being produced by Vyjayanthi Movies banner and they are investing a budget of Rs 500 crore as per the buzz.
