Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi directed by Vamsi Paidipally received many honours. The film produced by Dil Raju also got two National Awards in the categories of Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment and Best Choreography.
Coming to the actual point, The India Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai organized the screening of Maharshi, on the occasion of Media and Entertainment fortnight. Alongside Maharshi, only few National Award-winning movies were screened during the function. This is another prodigious acknowledgement for a film which was also a massive commercial hit.
Director Vamsi Paidipally showed his expertise in dealing the subject that caters a good message to the society. He was appreciated for rightly balancing the aesthetics and the commercials.
Pooja Hegde played the leading lady in the film that also starred Allari Naresh in a significant role. Devi Sri Prasad provided music for the movie.
