Union Minister Confirms RRR Is Country’s Biggest Film

SS Rajamouli’s directorial RRR has shown remarkable performance at the Indian box office in the first week and is continuing the same with the second week as well.

With a lot of appreciation, the movie stood as a blockbuster by minting around ₹750 crores in the worldwide collection in two weeks. Reacting to the same, even Piyush Goyal, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has praised the movie for its fantastic collections.

On a good note, he compared the RRR movie’s record-shattering growth at the box office with the expansion of the Indian economy. “I have come to know that RRR has become the country’s biggest film, with almost Rs 750 crores collection,” he said.

He stated that same like RRR, India’s economy is also breaking record after record. He said that India’s merchandise exports have gained a whopping amount of $418 billion in the 2021-22 years. He also added, that for FY 2021, they have kept the target of $400 billion worth of merchandise exports and crossed that mark by March 23rd this year.
