While we have already revealed that former heroine Ramya Krishna is playing the role of Vijay’s mother in the movie, the role being played by the world’s legendary boxer Mike Tyson is a shocker of sorts.

They say that he will be appearing as the father of Vijay Devarkonda in the movie. Of course, it’s close to the story of Masaba Gupta who happens to be the daughter of West Indies cricketer Vivian Richards and Indian actress Neena Gupta.

If Puri Jagan excels in showcasing this act quite well, then surely the film will get a terrific buzz from all quarters as everyone will get a shocker to see Vijay as the son of a boxing legend.

Reportedly the actor plays the role of tea-seller in Juhu beach, who gets into boxing and goes all the way to the USA to find his father, learn the sport, and become a champion India would be proud of.
