After RRR, KGF: Chapter 2 is the latest pan-India film that is creating a storm at the box office. Starring Yash in the lead role, the film is racing towards the 700 Cr club at the global box office. Interestingly, the film has set up a new record at the box office which is shaking the film trade.
The Hindi version of the film was released in a grand manner in North India. As per the Bollywood trade analysts, the film’s Hindi version crossed the 250+ CR nett milestone mark after just a week of its run. The fastest ever to achieve this huge landmark is now on the name of Yash and Prashanth Neel.
KGF 2 is also the first Kannada film to enter the Rs. 500 Cr club and at this rate, with no competition at the global box office, the movie will soon cross Rs 1000 crore at the box office.
Srinidhi Shetty played the female lead role in the film. The film also features Sunil Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Eeshwari Rao, Prakash Raj, and others in crucial roles.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF is bankrolled by Hombale Films.
