Let Court Decide Who’s Wrong – Jeevitha

Jeevitha Rajasekhar has appeared in front of the media to announce the release date of her upcoming film Shekar with Rajasekhar as the hero. The film is going to release on May 20th, 2022. When asked about the allegations leveled against her by Garuda Vega producer Koteswara Raju, Jeevitha responded saying that the matter is in the court and she expressed her belief, faith in the judiciary. She admitted that there is an arrest warrant issued against her and stated that she would deal with it legally accordingly.

Jeevitha said, “Koteswara Raju is the producer of Garudavega and how can he claim that he financed the money to us (Jeevitha and Rajasekhar) for his own film? Why is his wife Hema who has no role in the film is talking? Koteswara Rao is facing a case and evading it. There are many victims of Koteswara Rao in my team. Beeram Sudhakar Reddy and Srinivas Boggaram who are the producers of Shekar film were the financiers for Garudavega.”

“A case was filed against me 2 months ago in this regard and the case is going on. Why to conduct a press conference 2 months after filing the case? What is their intention? If they want to defame or demoralize me, I will not fall into such tactics. I’m not weak and I’m strong enough to strongly stand against such acts,” added Jeevitha. Jeevitha stated that facts would come out in the court and she said who is guilty will be punished by the court. Jeevitha said that actor Rajasekhar is busy prepping for his look test of his new film and this is the reason for his absence at Shekar movie press conference.

Meanwhile, Shekar movie producer Venkata Srinivas Boggaram stated that only financiers can give the NOC (No Objection Certificate) for a film to release. “How can producer Koteswara Rao issue NOC for his own film. We’re the financiers and we should issue the NOC.”
