‘Taapsee Is Bold & Brave’

Taapsee is in headlines regularly and everybody knows why. While there have been a set of people who don’t like her, there are a huge number of people on the other hand who are fans of her acting craft and performance.

Her Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati is interviewed by a leading portal in Bombay where he was all praises of Taapsee. In this interview, he said Taapsee broke the mould of how an actor has to be.

He said she focused just on her work and other things are not important to her at all. He said, “Taapsee never needed any bodyguards on sets and she didn’t have any manager or crew on the sets. She was focused, bold, brave, and always knew what she wants.”

On the work front, Taapsee Pannu has some interesting films in her kitty. She will be seen in Rashmi Rocket, Haseen Dillruba and Mithali Raj’s biopic titled Shabaash Mithu.

Last year, with five of her films, Taapsee made Rs 352 crores at the box office and this is something no other actress was able to achieve at the box office. The tiff she has with Kangana, for over a long time is known to many.

“Kangana and her sister try to discredit me and my hard work, call me names, put wrong allegations on me. All this coz I refuse to sing her tune and because I refuse to see her as the flag bearer of outsiders,” said Taapsee.
