Superstar Mahesh Babu’s latest film Sarkaru Vaari Paata is already in the theatres. The film was released a couple of weeks ago and the film unit added a new song to the film. However, the makers shocked the fans by bringing the film to the Amazon Prime Video.
Sarkaru Vaaru Paata is now available on Amazon Prime Video via pay per video model. The video on demand platform will give access to the film for the users who pay 199 rupees but the user will have to watch the film within two days of the purchase.
Already, there is a decline in the film’s collections at the box office. With the arrival of new movies at the ticket windows, it is almost impossible to boost the collections of SVP. The film unit realized it in no time and decided to drop it on the streaming platform.
Without much buzz and promotion, Prime Video released the film today. Some of the fans are expressing their disappointment over the same but this is an interesting strategy that may work for some biggies in the coming days.
Parasuram directed the film and Keerthy Suresh is the film’s female lead.
