Talk: Atlee Ripped-off Of A Hollywood Flick For Shah Rukh

The title teaser of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Jawan was released a couple of days ago. Since its release, this teaser has set the internet on fire.

In this teaser clip, we can see SRK’s wounded face wrapped with a bandage. He looks deadly in the poster and it seems like we have a perfect action thriller in store for us.

However, a section of netizens is now claiming it as a copy of Hollywood actor Liam Neeson’s 1990 film Darkman. They argue that the getup of Shah Rukh in Jawan is a copy of Liam Neeson’s getup in Darkman.

They are now assuming Jawan to be a remake of Darkman. “Ek aur copy #Jawaan #Darkman. sure they’ll alter the plot story with #Bollywood tadka, mirch masala, romance and item song #SRK but the overall shape would be #copycat #Bollywoodcopy,” tweeted a netizen.

Anyway, we have to wait until the release to know it if it is really a rip-off of Darkman. Jawan is being directed by Atlee. Nayanthara is playing the female lead in it. It is slated for worldwide release on June 2, 2023.
