It begins with a minister arguing in parliament and explaining the importance of Gun Bill. This bill is not meant to ban weapons in the country, but to sanction the licenses to manufacture, sell and buy guns. There are gun shops all over the country, inviting violence.
Lavanya Tripathi celebrates her party where the board reads- no gun no entry. Things turn wild with a team of special commandos enter the party. Guns firing, blasts are witnessed amid the birthday celebrations.
