But one actor who is giving a consistent performance at the US Box office and is quietly overtaking the star heroes’ numbers is definitely Nani.

His most recent film, Ante Sundharaniki has grossed over $1 million in the USA market and has become his 7th film to do so. Here are his previous six films that made it to the million-dollar club.

Nani’s recent films Shyam Singha Roy and Gang Leader did not make it to the $1 Million clubs, but with scoring it again with Ante Sundharaniki, he managed to break the jynx of only big-ticket and star hero films are the ones that can collect a million. Nani has now more $1 million films that of Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Prabhas. Nani stands with NTR as each has 7 one million dollar films. Needless to say, Mahesh Babu has got the highest number of one million dollar films (11) in the US.

The odds are high that Nani will be making more of his films for $1 million clubs, not just because his films are good and honest enough, but because he also enjoys the craze among the family audiences all over. Probably, Nani loves to stay in the circuit as an actor so he could be available to all genre stories and not get locked in the so-called commercial movie obligation that comes with the ‘Star hero’ tag.
