Please Make My Movie Blockbuster, Maruthi Follows Prabhas!

Apparently, certain revelations that will be made by the makers of a movie during the promotions are often setting up a precedent for the film’s successful run at the box office.

Superstar Prabhas has repeatedly asked his fans to somehow make Radhe Shyam a hit film like his Mr. Perfect and Darling, and that led to doubts about whether the output is not at all satisfying. The film’s result proved the same.

Cut to the present, even talented director Maruthi is also making similar appeals to the film lovers regarding his upcoming film “Pakka Commercial” which is hitting cinemas this Friday.

“I’ve made the movie with utmost dedication. Even if there are small mistakes here and there, pardon me, and please make the movie a blockbuster success” urged Maruthi in one of the promotional interviews. Rather than speaking tall about the movie, if these kinds of appeals are made, guess what the moviegoers are going to think about it.

While the trailers and songs of Pakka Commercial are promising a fun treat from Gopichand and Raashi Khanna, it looks like Maruthi is worried about how the audience are going to receive a routine commercial cinema in this age of OTTs. Well, we will know about it this Friday.
