Ra Ra Reddy: Heroine Misses Golden Opportunity

Though the song has sounded a bit routine, “Ra Ra Reddy” from Nithin’s Macherla Niyojakavargam is getting attention for obvious reasons. While the song has Telugu beauty Anjali appearing glamorously, the remix version of Nithin’s super hit “Ranu Ranu Antune Chinnadho” is getting virally noticed.

While listening to that part obviously reminds us of the original song’s heroine Sadaf Khan aka Sadaa, here’s an interesting snippet about it. As Nithin has decided to do a remix of Ranu Ranu Antune Chinnadho, he is said to have approached Sadaa to do the item lady’s role, but she refused to do it.

“Jayam” featuring Sadaa and Nithin was a super hit at the box office and the two young actors have then made a superb career out of it. If Nithiin and Sadaa had repeated the steps after 20 years of Jayam, the swing and connectivity for Ra Ra Reddy would definitely have been on the next level. Many say that Sadaa missed a golden opportunity by saying no to Ra Ra Reddy.

Only after Sadaa hasn’t agreed to become part of the iconic song’s remix, in which she is part of the original, Anjali is said to have come aboard.
