During a film’s release, its makers resort to numerous tricks and strategies to garner maximum attention. In one such case, the theatrical trailer of a soon to be released high budget action entertainer featuring a star hero has become a hot topic in film circles.

The trailer in discussion was officially released a few days ago and it succeeded in enthralling fans with its mass elements and high-voltage action. The rage was such that the trailer had amassed over 1 crore YouTube views within 24 hours, which is an all-time record in the hero’s career.

And here’s the fun part of the story. After creating much noise on its release day, the trailer remained dead silent on YouTube from day two onwards. Even on its day 3, the trailer continues to display the same number of views it had on day one. Needless to say, this led to speculations that the day one views were included non-organic and that the makers had ‘bought’ those views to claim a record.
