Icon star Allu Arjun is currently waiting to begin the work for his next film Pushpa: The Rule. The first part of Pushpa has become a big hit at the box office, and there are high expectations for the film’s second part. Pushpa’s success has once again proved that South films provide wholesome entertainment to the viewers. Allu Arjun earlier shared an opinion that a Telugu film is a multi-genre film. He also shared his thought process on why South films are working big at the national level.
In a recent media interaction with a leading news portal of Bollywood, Alu Arjun said that South films are working because they are made in a multi-genre format.
According to Allu Arjun, there are songs, fights, and an adrenaline rush in South films that give a great viewing experience to the audiences.
“People down South watch action genre films a lot. The directors constantly find ingenious stories to tell while adhering to tropes. They are always open to seeing films in other languages,” said the actor.
“South films are providing everything to audiences all around India,” said Allu Arjun as the reason South India is flourishing on the pan-India level.
