Bimbisara is currently trending in Tollywood. Starring Kalyan Ram Nandamuri in the lead role, the film hits the screens on August 5th. The makers held a pre-release event in Hyderabad last evening where Young Tiger Jr NTR graced the occasion as the chief guest. NTR bought much-needed attention to the film with his speech, but an unfortunate incident at the event now saddened the makers.
Going into the details, one of the Nandamuri fans who attended the event passed away. There are speculations that the fan died at the event, but a few say that he got Fits and was immediately rushed to Gandhi hospital, where he was declared dead.
The fan who lost his life is Putta Sairam, a native of Tadepalligudem, and he is the only son of his parents. Sai Ram was working in an IT company based in Hyderabad.
Reacting to the unfortunate incident, the producers of Bimbisara issued a statement, mourning his death. The following is the statement from NTR Arts.
An unfortunate incident which has deeply saddened us has come to our notice.
In what is a heartbreaking incident, Putta Sai Ram S/O Mr. Rambabu, who attended the event last night is no more. Sai Ram has been an ardent fan from the Pentapadu Mandal of West Godavari district.
We express our deepest condolences to the family of Sai Ram and we would support them in any means possible.
