We have seen the recent release date conflict of Karthikeya 2 with other films. Each Friday is crucial for at least one big banner or a big hero’s movie. But once in a while, all the small budget movies flock and target one weekend where there is no competition from big budget films.
August third weekend seems to be that and it is a free ground for all small ticket films. There are no big budget or popular films releasing on August 19th. Also with Liger releasing the next week after that and with Karthikeya and Macherla Niyojakavargam releasing this week, many low-budget films set their outing for August 19.
Aadi Pudipeddi’s Tees Maar Khan announced its release date as August 19. Payal Rajput is the female lead and it has not generated any buzz yet. K Raghavendra Rao’s directional supervision and Sridhar Seepana’s directional Wanted Pandugad are also releasing the same day. It has all the reality shows actors and Jabardasth stars in it.
Along with these two, there are two more films Maatarani Mounamidi and Naa Venta Paduthunna CHinnavadevaramma also got ready to test their luck that weekend. It is no wonder if two or three more films join the race on the big-movie-free week.
The first two weeks of August are dominated by Bimbisara, Sita Ramam, Karthikeya 2, Macherla Niyojakavargam, and Lal Singh Chaddha.
