Jathi Ratnalu, featuirng Naveen Polishetty, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Priyadarshi was a sleeper hit at the Box Office. The film was released as an underdog but set the screens ablaze.
The film has now been nominated to the SIMA awards in 8 different categories. The team is visibly elated about the same and Naveen took to social media to share a heartfelt note in this context.
“Power of audience.For a film where our entire team are outsiders from average middle class families, to become a massive blockbuster and get 8 nominations! The real award is always the love you showed us but this also brings hope to middle class dreams:)” Naveen wrote on Twitter.
Naveen Polishetty has been nominated for SIIMA best actor award for his performance in Jathi Ratnalu. This is back to back Best actor SIIMA nominations for the actor as he was also nominated for best actor last year for Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya.
Naveen’s next film with Anushka under UV creations is nearing completion and is one of the most awaited films.
